In 2014 russia launched war against Ukraine. In 2022 russia escalated with a full-scale invasion into Ukraine. As a result, there are tens of thousands of children who have lost one or both parents serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This war is impacting generations of Ukrainian families.
Many of those who died were not professional soldiers, but civilians who worked in offices and factories. They had to set aside their civilian lives to protect their families and the country from the russian invaders.

The Ukrainian office of Cisco invites colleagues, friends and partners to contribute to the support of the defenders' families
You can make life easier for Ukrainian families who have lost their providers by contributing to the local charity fund "Soborna Ukraine", which systematically cares for the families of fallen servicemen and servicewomen.

Opportunities that the foundation has already created for families
Shelling, evacuations, and the death of a parent always have a significant negative impact on children's mental health. As a result of the war, parts of the educational infrastructure have been destroyed. Online teaching has been negatively impacted within the schools. This also significantly reduces the children's chances for a quality future.
The foundation organizes programs and events for the families to overcome their traumatic experiences. Kids will be able to achieve greater academic success as well as have lots of fun activities. Stress is common, and the foundation will provide mothers some down time in a safe and supportive space.
