In July 2023, 19 children of fallen Ukrainian defenders joined the first session of Caramel Camp, held in Volovets, in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains.

In July 2023, 19 children of fallen Ukrainian defenders joined the first session of Caramel Camp, held in Volovets, in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains.

Over the course of two weeks, the children participated in creative, sports, and team-based activities designed to help them discover new interests, connect with their peers, and gain positive new experiences. The program included art workshops, cooking and theatre classes, dance activities, quests, and hoverboard rides.

Programs like these combine active recreation with opportunities for children to gradually rebuild their resilience, make new friends, and experience the support of a caring community. New experiences, creativity, and shared moments help children reconnect with the joy of childhood and discover new opportunities for personal growth.

Caramel Camp became a place where children could relax in nature, build meaningful friendships, learn more about themselves, and create warm memories that will stay with them for years to come.
