Soborna Ukraine Foundation Invites Schools to Join the Pilot Program for Engaging Learning Methodology
Soborna Ukraine Foundationis launching a pilot program for our Engaging Learning Methodology and invites Ukrainian schools to join this initiative to help create a modern, interactive, and safe learning environment for children.

Engaging Learning Methodology was developed by the Foundation's Education Team under the leadership of Nataliia Doronina. It combines academic excellence with interactive learning approaches, hands-on activities, and emotional support for children. Its primary goal is not only to help students master what they are learning, but also to foster genuine interest in learning and strengthen their intrinsic motivation.
Today, more than 300 children are learning through the Engaging Learning Methodology. The Foundation's Education Team delivers more than 175 lessons each month, and all lesson plans, educational programs, and teaching materials have been fully developed and are ready for implementation in schools.
What do schools and teachers receive?
Schools participating in the pilot program will receive comprehensive support from the Soborna Ukraine Foundation team, including:
- ready-to-use lesson presentations and teaching guides;
- homework assignments and interactive learning materials;
- ongoing pedagogical support;
- teacher training sessions;
- ongoing guidance from the Foundation's curriculum specialists throughout the implementation process.
All materials comply with the current national education standards and can be integrated into the existing curriculum without creating additional workload for teachers.
Why is this important?
Today, many children are learning while living under prolonged stress, which affects their concentration, motivation, and engagement in the classroom. The Engaging Learning Methodology helps create a learning environment where children feel psychologically safe, are not afraid to make mistakes, actively participate in class, and gradually develop a lasting interest in learning.
We invite Ukrainian schools to join the pilot implementation of the Engaging Learning Methodology and work together to shape a modern education system that helps children not only develop academically, but also grow into confident individuals.
